A vegetarian version of the perfectly balanced pizza that pleases everyone.
Toppings: Buffalo Mozzarella and Asiago Cheese, Fresh Tomato Sauce, Vegan Pepperoni, Bell Pepper, Roasted Mushroom, White Onion and Black Olives.
Crusts: Wheat flour, Yeast, Water, Salt. 12 inches in diameter.
1. Pre-heat oven to 475F. Let the crust thaw (about 30 minutes out of the freezer). Unroll crust onto a flat baking pan, pizza stone or cookie sheet. Peel top side of the parchment paper, rip it off or fold under.
2. Add Toppings: Pour sauce first, spread it out with a spoon. Sprinkle the cheese. Spread the toppings evenly.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Check every minute after about 10 minutes - remove when crust is as crispy as you'd like it to be. Cut with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.

All ingredients in these kits are freshly prepared, kept refrigerated and are delivered in insulated bags. The kits must be refrigerated after delivery and used or frozen within 5 days.
If using a pizza stone, it must be heated first.
Best results will be on a metal pan.

The dough used in the crusts included in these kits has been modified to adapt to residential ovens and will taste somewhat different compared to the pizzas at the Salvation Pizza restaurants.
