Moroccan Style Beef Flatbread Pizza
Pizza nights are back. This Moroccan style pizza is a treat to the taste buds, with flavors of tomato and the exotic Moroccan spice blend elevating the ground beef.

1/8 0.065 teaspoon

Prep ahead (optional)
a. Finely chop red onion & roma tomato. b. Mince garlic and mint leaves. c. Thinly slice red bell pepper. d. Rough chop arugula.
Instructions

Prep:
a. Preheat oven to 400°.

Cook the beef:
a. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic (mince), ground beef and ½ tsp salt. Stir lightly to break down the beef.
b. Add the Moroccan spice mix. Cook for 3 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring regularly.

Assemble pizza and cook:
a. Spread the tomato paste over the naan.
b. Top with the ground beef mixture, sliced almonds and red bell pepper (thinly slice).
c. Place the assembled pizza in a greased baking tray and cook in oven for 15 minutes or until the naan is crisp.

Serve:
a. In a bowl, mix together the red onion (finely chop), roma tomato (finely chop), arugula (rough chop) and mint (mince leaves).
b. Top the pizza with the salad and drizzle some Greek yogurt over it.
c. Cut into wedges and serve. Enjoy!

If naan bread isn't a preference, pita bread is a good substitution
