Easy Chicken Dinner
Chicken is marinated in a tangy marinade and roasted along with green beans and petite potatoes. A quick and delicious supper that never fails to please.

Easy Dinner Marinade
Honey
4 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice
3 1.5 tablespoon
Granulated Onion
1 0.5 teaspoon
Minced Garlic
3 1.5 Clove
Parsley, dried
1 0.5 teaspoon
Sweet paprika
1 0.5 teaspoon
Prep ahead (optional)
a. Chop petite potatoes into half.>/br> b. Snap ends of green beans, leave whole. c. Slice lemon into thin wedges. d. Mince thyme leaves.
Instructions

Prep:
a. Preheat oven to 400˚.
b. Grease a baking tray with olive oil.
c. In a bowl, season the potatoes (chop into half) with the roasted potato spice mix, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp olive oil.
d. In another bowl, season the chicken and green beans with ½ tsp salt and the easy dinner marinade.

Cook the dinner:
a. Add the potatoes to one side of the baking tray (leaving enough space for the salmon and green beans.
b. Cook for 20 minutes.
c. Remove baking tray from oven and add the chicken and green beans to the other side. Add lemon (slice into thin wedges) and thyme (mince leaves) on top of the chicken.
d. Cook for another 10-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Serve:
a. Heat a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced almonds. Toast for 1-2 minutes. Watch closely.
b. Divide chicken, potatoes and green beans into plates.
c. Garnish with toasted almonds and serve.
