Connie Jo comes from a long line of superior cooks and is a master BBQ chef. “In my mother's house, delicious meals from old recipes handed down through several generations were served on the family dining table. These recipes go back to my female ancestors, who were slaves and cooked for the master's families on an east Texas plantation. I blend my ancestral style of cooking with recipes from other cultures, to create a new southern taste."
